END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

 

January 1^st, 2014, this EULA applies to ALL of the above unEarthed Sampling (Rich Douglas MUSIC LLC) Libraries and Products

 

GRANT OF ONE COMMERCIAL LICENSE: This EULA grants you the following rights:

 

Sample License

 

This Rich Douglas MUSIC LLC ("RDM”) End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you ("you") and RDM for the sample library product mentioned above. By installing, copying, or otherwise using this sample library, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. The sample libraries above are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The samples are licensed, not sold.

 

 

 

Commercial License and Use

 

All sounds and samples contained in the sample library product mentioned above are licensed, NOT SOLD, to you by Rich Douglas MUSIC LLC and are for use in broadcast, public performance, music production, and / or in any manner of film, television, and video game medium. One commercial license allows you to install and activate this product on a MAXIMUM OF 3 (THREE) computer systems or samplers, as long as you are the SOLE USER of these systems or samplers. Rich Douglas Music LLC hereby grants the you the exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable right and license to utilize the sample libraries mentioned above in any digital media, form or manner and systems including, but not limited to video games, personal computer games, video entertainment such as films or television programs, hardware products, all forms of magnetic and laser optical software media, online, mobile, broadcast systems and interactive television (collectively, the “Platforms”).

 

 

Reproduction and Distribution

 

You may not reproduce and distribute copies of the samples included in these libraries without the express written consent of RDM. This license agreement expressly forbids resale or redistribution of the product, its sounds or their derivatives, through any means, including but not limited to: in mixed, filtered, combined, (re)synthesized or otherwise edited form through samples, loop packs, loop libraries, stems, multisamples, wavetables, soundsets, programs or patches in a sampler, game console or any other sample playback device. Should you be caught distributing, reproducing, or selling copies of the samples heard in this library you will be prosecuted in accordance with, and be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

 

 

Ownership and Rights

Rich Douglas MUSIC LLC retains copyright and ownership of all graphics, sounds, and samples heard, or seen, within the sample libraries mentioned above.
